Privacy notice
Last updated September 2026. This notice explains how Technology Atelier ("we") handles information submitted through the TA Front Desk website at frontdesk.technology-atelier.com.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, role, work email, phone number, business name, website, industry, city, and the answers you give about your business. We also record the page you arrived on, marketing campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm parameters and ad click identifiers), your IP address and browser type, and the time and wording of the consents you gave.
How we use it
- To review your request, send your private demo link, and contact you about it.
- To measure which pages and marketing channels bring in interested businesses.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We send text messages only if you opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Website hosting and bot-protection services (Cloudflare). If we later use a CRM or send your request to a webhook (such as HubSpot, Zapier, Slack or Make), we will update this notice first. Each provider is limited to the purpose of providing their service.
Private demo links
Demo links are personal to the business that requested them, expire automatically, and are logged when used.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by emailing info@technology-atelier.com or calling +1 480-648-8034.
